Corn Pudding




  1. Combine all marinade ingredients and marinade stake. Set aside.
  2. Make a cornstarch slurry with 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp water.
  3. Combine all sauce ingredients.
  4. Cook steak until it starts to brown around the sides. Stir fry until cooked. Remove from pan.
  5. Add shaoxin wine to deglaze. Add broccoli to pan, cover until bright green. Add garlic and ginger to pan and sauté for 30 seconds. Add sauce and cornstarch slurry and simmer for 3 minutes.
  6. Add steak to pan with all ingredients. Simmer until thick and the sauce coates everything evenly.
  7. Serve and top with seseme seeds and green onions.
