Hashbrown Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Lightly butter casserole dish
  3. In small skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter. Add onions and cook 3-4 minutes or until soft.
  4. Pour mixture into large bowl. Add sour cream, cream of celery soup, cheese, garlic powder, hashbrowns, and salt and pepper. Combine until well blended
  5. Pour mixture into pepared baking dish. Top evenly with crushed potato chips and bake for 45 minutes.
